For its 62nd edition, the Quality European Congress looks as the associated theme itself : “Live the New Quality !”
The Organization Team works hard to prepare an interesting and various program, underlining the added value of Quality and the role of involved actors.
High level speakers will share points of view during two days, focusing on major as well as trendy subjects, related to numerous aspects of the extended Quality domain.
Used language will be the English one (with support or help for translation in French – if necessary).
// DAY 1 – THURSDAY, JUNE, 21st : QUALITY AS AN ASSET FOR A COMPETITIVE EUROPE
After the traditional opening speech, dedicated to the context, the Congress will start with a first part composed of five parallel sessions concerning practices around Management Systems. Will be evoked thus practices and feedbacks regarding Operational Excellence, Governance, Risks and Compliance, CSR… Each session will highlight the experience of five experts, coming from different countries.
The same parallel sessions approach will be adopted for the afternoon part, focused this time on the added value of Quality, in terms of results, creativity, innovation. And in the field of digitalization influence on Quality transformation.
During the whole day, will be held also the first China-Europe Forum. So a Chinese delegation will be welcomed in order to make benchmak and reinforce the links already existing between Quality managers from both sides.
At the end of the afternoon, candidates for the European Quality Leader Award will introduce themselves. Each of the three candidates will have five minutes to convince the attendance. And the result of the vote will be announced the day after, at the beginning of the afternoon.
Finally, to close the day, a Gala Dinner will take place in the Chalet de la Porte Jaune [Yellow Door Cottage], in the very heart of Parc de Vincennes [Vincennes Park], nearby the lac des Minimes [Minimes lake].
// DAY 2 - FRIDAY, JUNE, 22nd : QUALITY LEADER, A KEY ROLE
This very theme will be introduced originally thanks to five questions asked to five Quality actors, coming from different countries, in order to understand their expectations, wishes.
Then, going further, four new parallel sessions will permit to identify main goals and challenges associated to the role of the tomorrow Quality leader : which skills ? which priorities ? which missions ? which training courses… ? By the way, the shared answers will be linked to the cultural, professional, diversity of the speakers.
A networking sequence will be organized then, before the nomination of the European Quality Leader, followed by a global synthesis of the two days Congress.
Just before the end, a surprise guest will enter.
Afterwards, it will be time to say good bye till the 63rd and next edition, inviting everybody to take into account the lessons learnt from those two days.
