I hope that will be created close links between sectors of activity and territories, on a national scale but also an international one, in order to deal with synergies, to identify complementary perspectives, and to maintain contacts after the Congress.
I expect also an opening approach regarding new people : the idea would be to permit to professionals who are not members of Quality networks, to meet some of them.
It is also, in my opinion, an opportunity to reexamine our approach of customer experience taking into account multi-cultural contributions.
// YOU ARE PARTICULARLY IN CHARGE OF CONGRESS LOGISTICS, CAN YOU ELABORATE A LITTLE BIT MORE ON THE CONTENT OF YOUR ROLE ?
I deal with coordination of different aspects like ticketing, welcoming process, etc. We must make sure of a smooth life during the two days, and of a good welcoming and accomodation process.

Yes ! We wish to digitalize as much as possible the event : concerning ticketing as well as attendants welcome. We are at this very moment choosing a mobile application which will permit to the attendants to have access to a customized stay, from the arrival in Paris till the end of the week end for those who would like to remain a little bit more in the “City of Lights” : hotel reservation, geo-localization for most beautiful sites, concierge, …
